Allergies

This is an altered or abnormal tissue reaction after exposure to an antigen. This antigen is known as allergen. 
The allergen may reach the tissue by direct contact qith the skin, various mucous membranes of the organ or through the blood stream after absorption

Allergic reactions occur if the body tissues are sensitive to the allergen. They are caused by a wide range of substances and conditions namely pollens, animal hair, dust, cosmetics, vaccines, serums, poisonous plants, heat, cold, sunlight, oranges, milk, eggs, wheat, fish, chocolates, sea foods, tomatoes, strawberries.

CAUSES
Dietetic errors
Faulty style of living
Emotional and psychological stress
Excessive consumption of refined and processed foods loaded with numerous chemical additives

SYMPTOMS
Recurring headaches
Migraines
Dizziness
Irritability
Nervousness
Depression
Conjunctivitis
Neuralgia

Stuffy or runny nose

Natural Remedies
Half a lime squeezed in a glass of lukewarm water and sweetened with a teaspoon of honey, taken once daily first thing in the morning for three months
One or two bananas a day are useful for those who are allergic to certain foods and who consequently suffer from skin rashes, digestive disorders or asthma
Intake of a combination of a carrot, beet and cucumber juice, once daily could be a good relief.
