WEIGHT LOSS

There are some fats that are inborn which in some cases affect the bone. There are also some that are caused by individuals as a result of what they eat or drink, when they eat or drink and how they eat or drink it. Fat stays for some time on the inside before it shows on the body outside. What people do not know is that there are easy ways that one could watch his or her weight.

Causes:
Eating too much.
Late night food.
Eating and drinking water while eating especially at night.
Too much fatty food and oil intake.
Excess of liquor or gassy substance.
Eating and lying down immediately without food properly digesting.

Remedies:
Drink warm water first thing in the morning one hour before eating and last thing at night 2 hours after eating.
After drinking the warm water do the sit-up exercise.
In order to control your fat and beat it down to the barest minimum, ensure you avoid fatty and oily foods.
Make exercise an everyday habit.

Wash your hands properly before inserting it into your mouth.

MALARIA

    A tiny parasite called the Plasmodium Falciparum is what causes malaria. It stays around the liver area of the human body and then finds its way to the bloodstream and invades the red blood cells. The environment which we live in, the food we eat and the water we drink could also be a contributing factor.

Remedies:
Try not to expose your food or water.
Do not expose your body to too much cold or mosquito.
If you live in an environment exposed to dirt and mosquitoes, make sure you use a treated mosquito net.
Cultivate the habit of treating malaria every 3 – 4 months even if you are not sick. It helps you stay healthy.
Do not stay in an area where there is stagnant water.
Avoid mosquito bite as much as possible.

NOTE:
            Mosquitoes are the fastest way to spread malaria as they transfer blood from one person to another; it helps a lot to ensure that your surrounding is always clean, you wash your hands at all times as it’s another means of transporting germs. Make cleanliness in and out your daily habit, that way you can fight off malaria.


CONSTIPATION

  It has been recorded that 7 out of every 10 persons suffer constipation. This could be due to what we eat, when we eat and how we eat them. Constipation is caused as a result of the bowel movement and a substance not been able to pass its normal route.

Below you will find a few causes for everyday constipation;
Ø Swallowing of food without properly chewing it
Ø Over eating without digestion
Ø Lack of daily exercise
Ø Irregular defecation habit

Remedies:
Ø Ensure you make exercise an habit
Ø Drink water often
Ø Allow your first meal to digest before topping
Ø Learn the habit to defecate at least 2 – 3 times a day
Ø Take more fruits preferably blended if you have defecation problem morning and night

Note;
Ensure you properly study your body in order to figure out that which your body accepts or rejects and if you must eat bread or any other hard to digest food at night, also ensure that you drink enough water 10 – 15min before eating or 10 – 15min after eating, this way you becomes a friend and regular client to the toilet.
