MALARIA

A tiny parasite called the Plasmodium Falciparum is what causes malaria. It stays around the liver area of the human body and then finds its way to the bloodstream and invades the red blood cells. The environment which we live in, the food we eat and the water we drink could also be a contributing factor.

Remedies:
Try not to expose your food or water.
Do not expose your body to too much cold or mosquito.
If you live in an environment exposed to dirt and mosquitoes, make sure you use a treated mosquito net.
Cultivate the habit of treating malaria every 3 – 4 months even if you are not sick. It helps you stay healthy.
Do not stay in an area where there is stagnant water.
Avoid mosquito bite as much as possible.

NOTE:
Mosquitoes are the fastest way to spread malaria as they transfer blood from one person to another; it helps a lot to ensure that your surrounding is always clean, you wash your hands at all times as it’s another means of transporting germs. Make cleanliness in and out your daily habit, that way you can fight off malaria.
